Topaz Coin is created as community coin using the HMQ1725 algorithm, which aims to ensure that mining enthusiasts with even a simple personal computer can join the bandwagon of miners. A hybrid cryptocurrency, it has a PoW rewards of 1 for the first 5000 blocks and decreases by 0.1 per subsequent 5000 blocks and remains at 0.1 after the 40000th block and beyond. TOPAZ starts to be a hybrid PoW and PoS coin after the 5000th block with a staking reward of 20% per annum. With a low premine of 25000 and a low supply coin, TOPAZ is trader and miner friendly.

why total suply is very small
i think is total suply under 50k coin, with distribution block reward
i think is not good can't good price and not competitive in market exchanger
