For now lets wait viabtc get a block.
Next time I advice to you to include a higher fee in every transactions yoto made to avoid transaction stuck on the blockchain.

Fee must 240 satoshi/byte now to get faster confirmation on transaction.
That site is automatically updating the require fee for every transaction.

Based on my experience on that tool its really works but sometimes viabtc need more time to get a another block.

Normally the tool works pretty good, but they are only looking to get one confirmation for you, until you get more than one confirmation, it could take some time then (I once waited 4h before 2. confirmation and the buyer wanted to wait for 3 confirmations)

Yes the accelerator works very well. I use it on all by txs because my wallet never adds enough fee

For bitcoin transaction fees you can use previous website but mostly wallet gives you recomendation about fees. Fast confirmation needs higher fees. Viabtc works absolutely perfect but problem is that they have limited number of added trabsactions, it's max 100 in one hour, if you are lucky and already submited transaction on their website, than your transaction will be included when they mine new block. Mostly they mine 1 block in hour. Also there is another serios accelerator - pushtx.btc.com - but here you have to pay fees for that.

While the transaction accelerator works, you shouldn't rely on it all the time.  That would be disrespectful to people who have more serious problems and need to get transactions through, because all they do is get your transaction into the next block that their pool mines and they can never increase the number of transactions that actually get into the block - so the transaction accelerator is essentially out of their own generosity.

No; the network right now is no more than 7000 unconfirmed transactions here and working in very satisfying way. So if anyone wants to do any transaction is very good option to do it now. On the other side if there is no hurry there is no need someone to pay the proposed 200sat/byte but he can spent his coins in a reasonable time paying less than the one third (60sat/byte). Therefore nowadays the fees are not high.
