But it is not working, Has anyone managed to use webcam to verify account in neteller?


PS: I've already verify account for years, but now they say I should use webcam for additional verification

A lot of business started doing so, that include bitcoin business like Coinbase. If it's live webcam then you should make sure your cam is working and then allow it from the browser (Firefox, Chrome or whatever you use) because If you don't, you will see a black page and nothing else.

I can not get in touch with neteller support because I do not see where the address or phone number is.
