I can't find H81 pro btc or H97 anniversary so i came across this one (h81 pro-g). Anyone used this with 6 GPUs and what are your oppinions ?

good question.

how about  this one Asrock FM2A88X+ BTC only 5 gpus but readily available.

an Athlon x4 would be much better than a Pentium at approx. same cost?

It would be good if someone could enlighten us

If you need 6gpu rig go for h81 pro-g with some cheap celeron cpu, it's good mobo and runs fine just like h81 pro btc.
If you plan on running 5gpus or less you can use alternative from amd. FM2A88X+ is OK mobo and should be running fine with 5 GPU, but I prefer Gigabyte mobos like F2A55-DS3 rev 3.0. With cheap a4 or a6 apu (sometimes with a8 apu) power consumption is very close to intel alternative with 2 core celeron like g1840.

ASUS PRIME H270-PLUS
MSI H270 TOMAHAWK ARCTIC

they seem good boards with 6 pci-e slots

can easy fit 7 GPUs and they are working nicely.
I have up to 30 pcs for sale. All are kind of new.
Manufactured few years ago but all unused. Factory excesses. If u interested just let me know on priv. Thx

Yes. They can run with 7 gpu without any bios modification. I will check tomorrow if this can work with 8 gpu via m.2 pcie

why not selling those MSI Z97 GAMING 5 on ebay ? if you have 30 pc for sale ?
