FAQ (updated 3/21/17)

- Are my collaterals safe? Who is holding them?

Yes. We hold your collateral assets in off-line cold wallets and on-line wallets provided by third-party so they are always safe and ready to transferred any time. We do understand that issue and that's why we have OFF-line wallets for THIRD-PARTY MEMBER HOLDING THEM (90% OF THE FUNDS) And 10% of the funds ARE KEPT ON ON-LINE WALLETS so there ARE NOT any possible way to scam them and "run-away" So relax.

Who's going to HOLD COLLATERAL on your loans ? Do you know a trusted third party should hold collateral ?

Hello Here4Trades,

Collateral will be hold on a cold wallet on a trusted third-party wallet provider and off-line wallets. Also we have on-line funds (mostly altcoins) in multiple locations in case we need to get some from there. That secures customers funds and provide multiple secure locations to make sure whenever you are, whatever you do, you'll be safe. Thank you for your understanding  Smiley

Who are those trusted third party your talking about ?

For example, we have major altcoins mostly off-line like ETH, DASH, XMR, LTC from their respective coldwallet providers like ethereum wallet is provided from http://myethereumwallet.org
Some "lower-tier" altcoins is mostly in exchanges such as http://poloniex.com or kraken exchanges, and those sites not hold so much funds as the off-line ones.
BTC we do hold in paper wallet & on-line on BTCwallet provided by http://blockchain.info

Hope this helps you out, in a nutshell, we do secure customers funds both sides on-line and off-line so they are always safe to come back to their respective owners.

EDIT: we have OFF-line wallets for THIRD-PARTY MEMBER HOLDING THEM (90% OF THE FUNDS) And 10% of the funds ARE KEPT ON ON-LINE WALLETS so there ARE NOT any possible way to scam them and "run-away"  We take security seriously.

that is not how it should work, all collateral should be held by a trusted third party which is from this forum obviously and not those sites where you are still able to use the collateral (sending them to wherever you want and run away)

I am sorry that we didn't convince you with our securing protocols.  So there aren't possible to withdraw and run away.

Thank you for your understanding.

I do not think you understand. No one here would want a newbie holding their collateral. If you are serious (even though you are already flagged), talk to an escrow on this forum or have the user who request a loan bring a trusted escrow to hold their collateral. Nothing should be held by or accessible to you. Lastly where is this wallet of yours that have this amount of bitcoins? Can you sign a message from whatever address these coins are at that you will be using for lending out to others?
