This is only true if sent by goods and services but if sent by family and friends it is different process to take to do it. Not proof of anything being purchased or bought.
Still how are you going to prove you bought a digital currency? It's against their terms of services anyways. They will flat out deny your request.

@x4 i paid with family and friends. Only way to get money back is to say my account was hacked. But i dont want to risk to loose my account (because paypal will see i paid with my ip, so how it could be hacked?)

Click show ratings and it will show just like in the image below. You can get your money back 100% from Paypal just tell them it was an unauthorized transaction. Next time be more careful.
