Opened original ROM of Sapphire Nitro RX 470 8GB to copy timings from 1750 to above and found strange values of timings.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to edit this kind of ROM to increase hashrate? I tried to flash this GPU with modified roms from another sources but it bricked every time.

You are using a version of Polaris Bios Editor that does not handle ROMs with multiple sets of straps.. This one should do it https://github.com/IojkinKot/PolarisBiosEditor
