I highly suggest that you use escrow...bought from him 2 different occasions and both times received a card that had damage. Second time received a card that doesn't work...ffs.

  I stand by my gear.  I offered you a full refund for the card and allowed you to keep the parts.

This means if a customer wants escrow I will allow him to do that.  OgNasty works if you want to use him.

However, I've bought several cards from Phil in past, no issues here, no escrow used and I'm not exactly sure that blasting a for sale thread when PM's show he's trying to work with you is the best way to get community support regarding your issue. Seems like he's trying to work stuff out. Did he resolve the issue with the first card you received to your satisfaction?

I highly doubt that Phil would go out of his way to sell known faulty hardware to you because for one that's not his character and two what does he have to gain in doing so? Phil knows as the rest of us do that the buyer is only going to come back and report the issue in trust and on forum if its not remedied

I am transparent  and have handled 10000's in btc along with 10000's in gear.

this will work out. with a full refund  and I will allow him to keep card rather then ship it back or  he will get the gear to work. And hopefully post that it works.


My policy has always been happy customer.  here and on eBay.

Although eBay buyer got so bad I don't sell much on eBay

Here are some  worries.

At the moment I have  a $375 rebate due from samsung for a washing machine recall due to me on Jan 27th  It is now Mar 22.
I have a $75 dollar rebate due to me from  NJNG  also due Jan 27th  for an energy rebate on the same washing machine.
I have a 1000 dollar rebate due on my  property taxes from NJ Due Feb 1 delayed to May 1
I have 3 30 dollar rebates due to me from msi on various rx 470 and rx 480 purchases
I have 2 30 rebates  over due to me from asus on various  rx 480 purchases.
I have a replacement blade on a cuisant food processor  due since Jan 15   a recall.

I just fixed a 1200 dollar of air filters for my 3 iQair machines  I paid for 3 sets of filters they sent 2 sets of filters.
I just got an rma back from Newegg on one of those asus rx 480s as 1 of them was doa. Which delayed the rebate filing.


I am fighting with Lennox on a 6500 dollar AC full replacement in which they  are paying out 10,000,000 dollar class action lawsuit but I missed qualifying for it by 29 days. This burns me so fucking much  that I can't say what I want to say.  as I am going to lose this fight.

Such is life. At least I am still in the game.
