Antminer s5+ one board only showing 30 asics.

Hi, one of my systems has developed an odd fault.
On boot up board 9 shows ----------- but after 5 mins it starts to get o o and gets more o o o until i have 30 asics running on that board (not 48!)

I have swapped PSUs, data leads, reset unit. swapped hash board about to diff part of machine, same problem.

What caused this and can be it be fixed? physically the board looks fine and it has been running cool.

Any help much appreciated.

I have three s5+ miners but this is the only fault ive had.
