By starting own bitcoin wallet what do you mean? Did you buy your account?

Coinbase is a web wallet/exchange, unocoin is also a web wallet. Coinbase does not have a desktop wallet, and it is usable not just on windows

Neither are desktop wallet. If you mean you want to start a new web wallet provider to scam people of their money, if you do not know how to calculate the cost of opening one, you should not open one.

Money does not fall from the sky, neither does getting rich by trying to scam people.

web wallets are never safe. Even desktop wallets arent exactly safe.

yes i mean i want to start my own bitcoin web wallet like coinbase and unocoin but it doesn't include any exchange or buy&sell for users so users can recieve and send their money or Bitcoin.

And offcourse no i don't want to scam anyone,my intention is not to scam people ijust want to provide them cheap service or low transaction fee

As of creating wallet under coinbase or unocoin or blockchain and etc are not charging you to have a wallet at there. Do not prefer unocoin much and try to stick with coinbase wallet. You can have one btc valut, one ETH wallet and one btc wallet under one signed up email in coinbase and fees also pretty low when compare with other web wallets.

Creating your own web wallet would be a huge undertaking and isn't something that is going to happen overnight.Costs will include web hosting costs for server(s) and if you don't have coding skills, you would also have to hire a developer. This could add up quite quick depending on how long it takes to make. Then you have to also consider the security risks of such a project.

Something like this is really meant for a team of people and I don't think it is a wise undertaking for a single individual.

If you do not already know how it should be done, then you lack sufficient knowledge to do it. Creating your own web wallet comes with many challenges that needs to be addressed properly. And as always when money is involved, security is extremely important. If you make a mistake, you could potentially risk all your users' bitcoins. And even if you would succeed, money wouldn't magically come pouring down on you. After all the hard work of creating the wallet, you would have to consider things such as server maintenance and marketing. Therefore I advise against it.

Go to the Alt coin section and see if you can find a developer there that might be interested in joining you on a project to create this wallet service. Security being you highest priority, I would make sure that I work with someone that are highly regarded in this industry and not some unknown/anonymous developer.

You can even post something here, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=12.0 with a detail plan of what you want to do and then hire a team of people to help you with this. Trust & Security is the most important aspects that you need to keep in mind. ^hmmmmmmm^
