Changer.com l'echange est en cours de traitement

Bonjour à tous,

Je suis débutant et j'ai hier acheté mes premiers bitcoin que j'ai ensuite mis sur le wallet coinbase, j'ai ensuite voulu echanger contre des Lisk (LSK)
en utilisant le site changer.com, j'avais 0,020 btc sur coinbase, j'ai demander le trasfert des ces 0,020 sur changer.com donc, mais voilà depuis hier soir ça me marque echange en cours de traitement, je crois que ce n'est pas normal puisque c'est censé etre instantané si j'ai bien compris.

Est ce que sait parce que j'aurais du mettre un peu moins de BTC par exemple 0,018 car il y a des frais de transation ou est ce un autre problème ? j'ai bien rentré les bonnes clés en tout cas.

Pour mes premiers pas dans le monde de la monnaie electronique, j'ai l'impression d'avoir marché dans la boue

I did several exchanges with changer.com, and when it works I like them.
But lately lots of my exchanges get stuck and it needs to be pushed manually and sometimes it takes up to 12 hours before they do so.

So I just use shapeshift from now on or do it via poloniex.

though I found info that website 7year age and have big reserve of amount (currently 460k usd)
but a lot of people complain that in reality exchanging not instant and Very often you have to wait hours execution of a transaction.

I didn't use the website myself , I searched a little bit and all I could find was one scam accusation on Reddit but It's invalid as the poster edited his post stating that he go his money back and from the testimonials posted on the website I'd say they are legit comments and not from bots. Someone already asked your a question a few months back , you should check it too.

I also think, those comments are real.
Hope I will found some user who using this site for a long time.

Unfortunately yet could not try this website but always read reviews changer platform.As far as remember Changer.com is a high-quality platform where users can exchange one digital currency to another in an easy and almost instant.Some of my close friends always using this site and i have good contact with them so according their experience they are happy using Changer.com service.
Yeah! scammers everywhere so when you making any deal should be careful.just a suggestion.
