As of now I have 200 USD investment on different altcoins. However, I make this investment to earn income even I can't doing anything I earn income in different way. Also, during this investment I think half of this investment were already back to my account.
Wow, you have a lot of money chineseprancing, me I have $50 investment only, I used it for trading however I just want to growth this investment to increased my capital in trading. Moreover I plan to invest in other altcoins to increase my income. Lol I have $1400 all of my different coins holding right now and I believe it will become more than double when the right time comes. I'm still waiting for more increase that will happen to my hold coin. |

Question which one will survive deserves logical answer, those who have enough funds for further development..Decentralized and anonymous transactions. Everything else can be upgraded on this base if need exist. We need an alternative to POW, POS is not good enough. Fast and usable coins with small chains..

Currently only one (BTC) but thats about to change drastically. I am watching 10. As soon as I get my hands on a few dollars, its on.

currently in 21 but i want to cut that down to 6-10 BTC, ETH, LTC with 50% for long term and the rest for daytrading or ico's....in hope to get a coin with a x1000 raise  |

Currently, I invest in 6 coins - BTC, ETH, LTC, WAVES, STRAT, and XRP. I think of all these as long term investments.

On the one hand, I would like to diversify due to volatility, but on the other hand, how many of these are actually going to survive? Eventually are we going to have 1 cryptocurrency that is fast, secure, anonymous, can handle smart contracts, and so on, and there will be no reason to use anything else?
I really stopped looking into fundamentals much and started playing the charts more than ever. |

I think if you invest in the top 10 PoW coins, it is more likely to succeed. |

For now I have three (3) crytocurrencies investment, the Ethereum, Torcoin and Football coin. But I'm just thinking to buy some coins for trading, because I was encourage my friend to used trading site.

Honestly diversification and subsequently 'forgetting' about your investments is your best bet in crypto's. I'd say invest in approx. 10-15 promising coins or ICO's (depending on your risk profile) and just don't touch them for a year or so.

This is actually a good plan. imagine forgetting about having 5000 btc you bought at $0.10 before, then you learn that it's $2700 today =) |

I only invested in Bitcoins and in LTC (a while ago). Bitcoin, is going to survive the reason it is the first decentralized currency and the first crypto-currency and all that its features. It depends on you how many crypto-currencies you adopt because there is no limit on adopting. |
