Rollover means the total amount you need to bet before you can make a withdrawal. For example, x15 rollover means you need to have your bonus x15 times in bets. You can't withdraw it straight away.

That updates every time I play a given game? So I can know how much more I need to play before I can withdraw?

If there isn't, I am playing blindly without ever knowing when I can withdraw.
So all I can do is play for hours, attempt withdraw, play more, attempt again?

A couple of small bugs, if you try to bet 0.3 credits on 8 Wheel roulette it comes up at 0.300000 other 0.x bets comes up as 0.1 0.2 and so on. If you try to bet 0.8-1.1 credits it comes up as 0.7999999 to 1.099999 instead, there's also some rounding error when you try to bet 0.25+ a couple of 0.1 credits.

On 3 Wheel Roulette there seems to be a minimum bet of 1.0 credit on red/even/18-36 and such things, but it's not possible to bet 3 times 0.35 credits for example, also one can place a bet of 3 times 0.5 credits on those but then if you try to spin you get "Invalid Table Limits" message.

Regarding the minimum bet on 3wheel, yes. It's not just on 3wheel actually, it is on all roulettes. The outside bets have a higher minimum than the inside bets. Also inside bets have lower maximum bet value than outside bets. It's a standard thing for land-based casinos if you've played.
