5770 that will not overclock

Ok its not that it crashes or anything It just will not overclock

When I go into CCC and go into amd overdrive It lets me set the values and test it and its all ok however the clock speed does not change.

So I loaded up MSI afterburner that does the same lets me select the higher clockspeed and lower mem speeds and when i accept them it looks ok BUT its still only running at the lowerclock speeds.

The card is a VTX 5770 with 1gig not the best I know but why will the damm thing not overclock?

ah nevermind It seems to be working now just after posting this it started working cannot change the volts tho in afterburner and i have edited the config.

the min I can set the mem 2 is 600 as well. still its a 16mhash bost. every little helps
