No. Most the people that dislike Trump (A) don't use public transportation that often or (B) do use public transportation a lot and can afford it. Further, if you're poor already there are a lot of programs that offer free or reimbursed cost of public transportation.

This isn't nearly enough for Trump to get elected again...although since he was elected once all he has to do is not piss off the people that voted for him. And doing that doesn't involve free public transportation, it involves him following through on his campaign promises.
