Yesterday I made a deposit at fortune jack and got a deposit bonus which I had to play at one of two games.   I chose panda run and was winning when I received an error message 2000 200 and the game closed out.   So I went back into the game and I only has 2 mbtc.   Prior to this I had 342.  I immediately contacted support and made them aware.    I then got an email today telling me I made a max bet and it wasn't an error on their side.   I asked repeatedly what the error code I got was and no one would answer me.  They told me I made a max bet on "accident".   Funny how max bet happens to be 340 and right when I went over that amount I get an error message and then those credits disappear.

In the email I received from fortune jack telling me it was my fault not theirs they sent me a run down of my bets .... Notice there isn't any bet for the 340 credits ... What the hell is going on here.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

This sounds strange what happened there. Are you playing for cell phone maybe it got touched by accidentally I played so many times there but never had this kind of issue with me. Don't be in hurry let give some time to the manager to come and brief you about this.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=774929.0

That is official thread of fortunejack so you can post this issue into this thread.

I did speak via email and live chat.  They keep contradicting their statements.    I hate to do this post even but I have no other choice.

What I don't understand is how they say I placed max bet when max bet is 400 credits not 340?

Fortune jack is trusted and long time running casino. I doubt they would risk their reputation just to steal 340 mBTC.

Here's how to show a picture with img tag (use the second icon above the smilies)

but one thing you are correct. According to this list you should have balance 342.76 mBTC. There is missing the last (accidental) 340 bet.
Ask them for details of this last bet.

I think not. Your max bet would be 342.76 (the 'Real money closing balance' of the last listed game). Bets are usually topped by your balance (only in case your balance is higher it would be those 400)

I'm not seeing it anywhere. Sounds like bullshit to me. Why is it that every single bitcoin gambling website always eventually has a scam accusation against them? This time it's for a mere pittance too. Wtf.

Well clearly they didn't scam the OP per se, but their customer support should be responsive and work quickly to resolve the issue.

Fortune Jack is a major casino and there's obviously no reason or chance that they would scam someone for such a tiny amount when they could run off with hundreds of Bitcoin if they wanted to.  There could be any number of explanations for this - maybe there was a bug with Fortune Jack or on your side which caused the problem, in which case they should be able to see the exact bet and resolve the problem.  You could well have just made a mistake though.

Hello,

That is the default option of the game, however, when you start the game you are entering the amount.

Your balance was 0.34276019 BTC. 34 was selected as the amount you wanted to bet per line.  Consequently, when you pressed Max Bet it deducted from the account 10x34 which is 340.

If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to reach us back.
Good Luck Playing Further at FortuneJack

Regards,
FortuneJack Team

I was betting 40 lines look back at the history I posted above.   I repeatedly bet the same thing the entire time I was playing the game.    I bet .004 every bet ... If I were to accidently press max bet as stated above it would have been 40 lines x 10mbtc which wouldnt have gone through cuz I did not have 400 mbtc.

Do you see in your bet history that 340 worth max bet? If you don't have it, and as i see they didn't provide you bet ID, maybe it is bug?
Send them email again. They should investigate it.
EDIT* i contacted support about this, they will respond here.

Who is the software provider for the game Panda?

I suggest to contact them, as they typically have a description of how the game technically work.

What honestly the error you receive you should do screenshot or video as a proof that you receive the error..
If you dont have a strong proof because sometimes in their system they can not read some issue. so better to make a screenshot when the error happens..  so that they can help you if you are just giving the history of your bet i think its useless

Make crypto as your bank.

Well I surely would have taken a photo had I known what was happening.    Once the error 2000 200 popped up, I pressed ok and it didn't allow me click anything else so I closed out the game.   I came back into I and I had 340 less credits.

This was sent to me from fortune jack

2. Another option is that you have wagered the max bet (by mistake or not), since your previous bets were for 4 credits each (please check the attached screenshot).

"Wagered the max bet" means the following:

When players are playing casino or slotgames, they are "wagering" a certain amount of credits (money) on each spin.
Given the fact there are maximum (and minimum) limits, when a player bets, risks, or places the highest possible amount of credits; combined with the maximum amount of win lines can be known as "wagering the max bet".

In most slot games, there is a button where players can easily do this action instead of clicking through all the credit denominations as well as the number of pay lines (in case of non-fixed line games).

If I bet max bet I would be betting 400

It is true. We can't argue that there was an error but without any proof. This site is quite old, and many people trusted them, but the only thing is they are quite slow in replying queries, but I don't think they will spoil their reputation for such a small amount. Since there is a max button and by mistake, you might have pressed.
