Accounts below sr. member are viewed as farmed accounts. As usually, this is how farmed accounts get dumped, by borrowing and never paying back. That is why, plenty of lenders and the community has declined most loans with accounts as collateral.

 0.02 is worth $20 and its somehow not easy to earn that amount on trading. market movement isn't worth watching the entire day. a DT having a bad day watching the charts can really paint this account for good.
