I need php ninja to develop a bitcoin lottery which will be 100% provably fair. The algorithm should be as follow:

1. Anonymous betting using payment gateway (no registration required)
2. There will be one main bitcoins address, which all the bets will go to that address (option can be modified via the admin panel)
3. The players have to buy coupons for betting using bitcoin only 1$ 5$ 10$ (can be changed via the admin panel)
4. The player should also provide address to get the money in case of winner address
5. Bitcoin payment gateway should be discuss and researched for the best performance.
6. every certain amount of time, there will be a shuffle and the winner gets the total amount (option can be modified via the admin panel)
7. There will be 3 different shuffles (small amounts, middle amounts, high amounts)

The developer should also hire a designer to create a clean, responsive design.
