The problem is not in the Yobit wallet. I was able to withdraw a few MCRN from Yobit today via the API and send them to Cryptopia. The coins appeared in Cryptopia (therefore the transaction was correctly written in the blockchain by Yobit) but they remain unconfirmed since then and I am afraid they will remain unconfirmed for ever. The problem is that MCRN project has been abandoned by its developers and, being a PoS type of coin, there are no nodes mining transactions, therefore the transaction will remain unconfirmed for life. That is probably the reason why Yobit closed the wallet for withdrawals (but only in the web interface, not in the API). Ju_Crypto, PM me if you want more info.
