Yes. You can get banned for that. At lease you could have been banned in the past.
But more probable your adsense account will get banned if you have it linked to your YouTube account.

You also can be banned for:

- posting copyright infringement videos
- if someone mass flags your videos
- you can be banned for spam (if you publish +200 of useless videos)
