I've seen most of the major gold providers accept Bitcoin as a payment and even as payout (if buying gold).
This is against the ToS of the game btw.
I don't know why it's against ToS of the game as RuneScape is "pay to win" now. The game owners want to make all profit for themselves selling bonus and more bonus (even gold).
There are tons of buyers that accept Bitcoin as a payment if you look at Sythe.org or other popular forums. Many buyers would prefer bitcoins since Paypal is easily reversed for digital transactions.
