MT GOX Delays - First Timer

First time transferring BTC to MT. Gox.

I added funds using Bitcoins and transferred them from my other e-wallet to my verified MT. Gox account. However, unlike other websites, it is taking forever for my bitcoins to show up...

I already have 5 confirmations and it's been about an hour but nothing in my MT. Gox account.

What is the average time?

I believe Gox requires the full 6 confirms before it shows the BTC in your account.
