Deposited > 3 BTC at FortuneJack.com now after a month of back and forth (in which time price went from $1250-950), they've decided to  cancel my withdrawal of >3 BTC and keep it, accusing me of multiple accounts, which I read on here is happening to other people who deposit to FortuneJack.com.

Firstly I think as a community we need to warn everyone not to deposit any coins at FortuneJack.com.

Secondly if anyone has any advice, legal or what ever on how to pursue these scammers, I would greatly appreciate it.

Please make a proper scam report format which you can find on stickied thread.
Why were you deposited 3 btc then tried to withdraw the money with same amount? You just deposit without playing?
Fortunejack is a quite old gambling site, they have big community too but i have seen other people got accused same problem like yours too (Dunno if their problem already resolved or not).
Did you use VPN while you signed up on fortunejack?

My advice just try to contact them from their ANN thread on gambling section.

I deposited more and after playing and losing I decided to withdraw what I had left.

It happened to another user here and Fortunatejack.com are saying they've closed (and taken the bitcoin balance from those accounts) 207 accounts, due to multiple accounts on the same IP.
