I wonder if I chose the right place to complain. But I do not have other way to sovle the problem. If I am wrong. Please forgive me .
Several month ago,I created my Yobit account. After that time I transfer some BTC to the platform and buy some coin.
For satey I set a google authenticator. For a long time ,everything is OK.But about 20 days ago.I just can not login my account. The renson is that  evey time I want to login, I put the GA code from my telephone, the platform said is invalid, then it said the platform send a code to my email. But I checked everywhere just find nothing. This happened more than 30times.
What confused me is that:Firstly,I try to change my password, uesed  the same GA code from my telephnoe, the platform accept, and succssful changed the paaword,so it prove that my GA code had nothing wrong.Secondly, evertime I try to login,Yobit send me two emails with the same detail just to tell me login from a  new address, without the GA code. That prove I can get the email send from Yobit. So I do not know why I can not find the GA code they said theg had send to me .
I tryed email Yobit support for more than 5 times. They just tell me to check my email everytime the same answer.I do checked the spam box for more than 20 times ,find nothing.I am tired, just want to get my BTC back.
I can prove I do have the account.I can tell them the account have which coin and the exactly total number, even I can prove the BTC transfer from which address.
  So please help me.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

You might be able to sign a message from an address you sent coins to your (bitcoins) YoBit account ? Is there a possibility your email is hacked ? You should send a message to their official representative on bitcointalk.

This would definitely need further investigation as your situation doesn't guarantee you could be the original owner of the account.
