there are a bunch of Chinese hardware offered in Aliexpress.com. You might want to look at it. I don't know however if this hardware are reliable or can last for a long period of time. Just suggesting...
They're not new which means you can get comparable hardware locally in most cases or off a site like eBay. In my experience these run just as well as any other used miner but unless you're buying exclusive hardware only sold there prices are higher than even what eBay scalpers charge nowadays. You used to be able to find U3s and Gridseed Orbs on there pretty cheaply with PSUs though, nowadays I only see overpriced large miners.
