dude look, you can sell with purse.io or open bazar, they both offer good escrow and decentralized shopping, the first one let you listen your used item only in USA i think they don't have the possibility for other country for now, open bazar let you sell everywhere but it's very new and people don't trust it yet, i think will take place when bitcoin will be bigger

Yeah, escrow service is a must while making an order. Importantly everything happening end to end can be traced but if something goes wrong you cannot claim or file an complaint. Everything is on our own risk, it's better find people with good trust rate and make business.

Already we are doing it only. Check in digital goods you could have buy the gift cards, email accounts and other btc related accounts. Therefore, I wish we need to purchase physical products in local stores with bitcoin as a payment.
Some of e-commerce only accepted bitcoin as payment Window as of now. We need more adoption in future.

Well bitcoin is still quite new to most people.

If you walk on the street and ask random people about what they know about bitcoin, most of them will be like "is this guy insane"?

Bitcoiners spend a lot of their time on bitcoin forums, like me. That is why we can get the perception that a lot of people already know and use bitcoin, and wonder why the hell are so many merchants not accepting bitcoin.

It could be costly to implement in big companies, as they have to make sure that everything is in order and they don't get hacked.

But there is really no incentive for them to add bitcoin as a payment option when they make a lot from accepting credit card payments, even though they are charged a fee to accept CC payments and carry the risk of fraudulent transactions.. There will only be incentive once there is more bitcoiners actively using bitcoin, and asking them to accept BTC.

Compared to PayPal and other payment gateways, that is one major advantage even if there can be some delays in the blockchain. Well, of course, the delay can be annoying and the increasing fees can be disappointing because Satoshi did not found Bitcoin nor envision it to be as it is now but we have no choice but to adopt to varying situations and challenges which Bitcoin can encounter now and in the future. There is never a smooth ride for Bitcoin but I think things are worth it.

There's no real downside to accept bitcoins other than price fluctuations. Even then, usually charge backs from hacked/cracked/stolen credit cards will far outweigh any loss you may have from bitcoins dropping a few hundred dollars every now and then.

Actually,I think that using BTC as a form of payment and actually letting people pay with BTC is a great idea-first,because it's really easy-you just generate a new address and they send you the BTC that way-and it's easy to check-the transactions come fast and then you can transfer your BTC if you want so-all I can think of are advantages when it comes to using BTC as your main source of payment option

I guess late conformation problems are getting solved as low priority per 1 Kb is ~25k satoshi which usual fee level or you can get assured confirmations with 40k satoshi. If you talk about waiting for 2 or 3 confirmation like up to 30 min, then I am sorry bitcoin works this way we need to tolerate for other enormous benefits.

There's no real downside to accept bitcoins other than price fluctuations.

There are many third part services to lock your prices once you complete deal with customers. Hence price fluctuations will not be a concern for merchants any more.

The only downside of accepting bitcoin as payment is their pump and dumps.. Sometimes the value is high sometimes its so low. Just like what happened to Fiverr, in the past few months they were accepting bitcoin, but now they removed bitcoin due to its unpredictable price change.

Yes, but that is up to buyer if he will pay more but get his items faster, or pay less but he will have to wait for them.  We are talking about digital stuff, most of them you can "ship" simply by email, while people would have to pay larger fee to pay for their stuff instantly in real life stores, so i don't think that higher fee might be disadvantage while speaking about digital products

Yeah thats the reason why bitcoin is banned from some countries because of its bad impression where bitcoin is being used by evil people to hide their identity.
