Hi,

I am looking forward to start a rummy card game site.  You can check rummycircle.com for reference.  I want a clone of it.  But i prefer bitcoin as the payment gateway.  Please pm if any developer can do this kind of site.  Recently i was scammed for a big money and i would prefer escrow system this time.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Make sure you draft a scope of work of the features that you want included. Consider using an escrow service too, so that you and the developer are covered from a cut and run, the dev is going to want a percentage up front, usually 30-50%. Don't forget to add extra in there for support to fix issues.
