All the warning signs are there that the BU developers are doing a piss poor job with the code and he still supports them. I hope you have a ton

Nobody will really know if he lost anything in MtGox and we will also not know if he will lose anything this time. He might have already shifted his

coins to fiat or some Alt coin.

Yes,he should be made accountable for all things which happen this time.Even though,he was an early adopter of bitcoin and had spend dollars for the progress of bitcoin,it doesnot mean that he can take advantage and do anything he wishes.

He might have been a huge contributor to the success of Bitcoin, but what he is doing now is not in the best interest of the technology. You have

to remember, most of the stuff he did gave him huge rewards too { fame & fortune } and that is how it was supposed to be. The thing is, when

you get rewarded for something.... you have to "Pay it forward" ....not destroy it.  ..... Same thing goes for Gavin.. his partner in this.

There will be plenty of bull shit excuses if/when BU dies. No doubt that the next coup/take over attempt will begin shortly after BU is laid to rest though.
