I see the blank page also, the link is messed up a bit and needs tweaking, but if you go to the CONX website and click on top menu items where it says COIN INFO,
there is a BLOCKCHAIN EXPLORER sub menu. Click on that.  Here is where it takes you to. http://94.176.236.84:3001/
