This is actually a good news that CoinCoin is back, one of my friend actually gave me little bit of coins and he said that save it for later they might come back and this time the market cap price will be higher like bitcoin before. Concoin is essentially created for prison inmates,what was the need for a separate coin for prison inmates when there is already bitcoin or other ceypto that jail inmates can also use?And why would general public buy Concoin when it is primarily meant for prison inmates?

Inmates in some prisons may have their PC or laptop, but only without internet connection. Also, they don't have right to have mobile or smart phone. But many of prisoners secretly have their phones and this is how they can use Concoin.

If it is in secret, then this will be a contraband inside a prison.I do not see how that will that help in the reputation of concoin. I hope this is not the answer to what I see is a very valid question.

It is ideally meant for inmates, but there are people collecting them for investments purposes.  Just think there is almost 1000 different coins all trying to get people around the world to use them.  ConCoin has 2.5 million people in the US who no one has targeted yet.  With some hard work and lots of correspondence this can become reality.   It only takes one prison to agree to a pilot program and imaging how many people will buy for investment at that time.

Wow, big move there. I'm curious with that concoin machine in the prisons though, so every prisoners can use this machine everytime in the prison right. I'm afraid the prison officials will reject your machine, but i hope the best for concoin.
