https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1757371.msg18241857#msg18241857"Whatever you say Gleb, you are lying to the rest of the community right now to make your case stand. Please take his words with a pinch of salt, once Gleb starts with an accusation (even if not true) he never stands back he's too proud. He really believes we are going to scam people, rest assured no one is going to lose any money sent to the contract. We also strongly doubt he even made phone calls anywhere, he is not US based, calls are expensive, he wouldn't spend the money. We have an agreement with the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, again be careful what you are led to believe. We are gathering information to show the community we are for real, unfortunately things move slowly at the weekend so got to give us some time. We will refrain from posting until we have something more to share. Don't believe everything someone posts on this forum, don't even believe us, however what we can do is show proof in due course. Stay tuned." https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1843991.0 - M'kay https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1757371.msg18355160#msg18355160 - M'kay P.S. Kevin, I've seen Gleb apologize when he's wrong on simple things and accusations.

I agree there is a problem not with the Legends Room but with Kelvin Slobbs f/k/a Kevin Hobbs and his Vagbex f/k/a Vanbex. I'm long and strong and damn proud to be a member of the almighty Legends Room. Hope Vagbex returns the ETH. And they should just (wo)man up and return it now and pay themselves back with the smart contract. If they called off the sale and they held the ETH, then they have duty to immediately return it. Methinks they spent it.

What a fuckin idiot! This fuckin supposed lawyer has no fuckin idea what a smart contract is. Somebody else explain it to Gay VouchTard, doing a better job that I can, albeit I could Google it, then copy & paste the content as my explanation, but I'm too busy to do even that. Gay, can you play guitar?

Oh Gleb, I am well versed and there is an admitted flaw in the smart contract from Vagbex by Vagbex. So tell me, who is the idiot now? It was and always will be you. Long and strong for the Legends Room.

Limp and week outside The Legends Room - make them crack whores earn their five bucks (ten, if the client is a former or active DC prosecutor, depending on what day of the week it is). WAIT! Pay the crack whore with a smart contract where the funds are automatically release at a set time, e.g.: ten minutes, if a crack whore; April 16, 2017, if a The Legends Room contract maintained by Vanbex. BTW, please share with us the link on the Internet in re the "admitted flaw" that you, AS ONLY A $5,000 VIP MEMBERSHIP HOLDER, is versed of, but us mere crypto mortals have no fuckin idea what you're talkin' 'bout, or is it that you're so far up Peter or Nick or Stephan's asshole that in reality you're one of them, for that's the ONLY fuckin way you would know 'bout some "admitted flaw" in TLR's Vanbex contract. I lean toward you being Peter Klamka, Richard Klamka's brother, the latter a lawyer, hence you opting to claim to be such yourself, and thus know full well about what's in the Vanbex contract, and also explaining why you adamantly denied that Peter was even involved with The Legends Room, thus totally pissed now that it's been 100% verified that Peter Klamka is the main dude behind TLR. How fuckin close and I, Gay VouchTard? HAHAHA & ChucklesPS: Give a listen to this - https://clyp.it/cje1jfko. You'll love it - Peter Talking about TLR.

How did the Vagbex the smart contract handle the changing price of ETH? The contract is flawed. If the contract was truly a smart contract there would be no way to manually adjust it. Reread the thread that you rely on. Kelvin Slobbs says HE will send you the difference. It's a dumb contract if it can be manually changed. I learn toward you being Richard Simmons kidnapper. We ain't getting refunds.

I just want to vouch for Gleb here. He never backs down.. true ! He's also never wrong. Further more "he's not US based and wouldn't make the call" ? Bull-shit. He has been known to make shitloads of calls to people in crypto and even attend crypto meetings in person. Further more the guy posted his vitals here publicly. So.. uhhh.. yeah..... "US based" If you want to attack and discredit the guy fine.. but you will need to make the effort to make claims that are realistic. Or maybe considering focusing on defending your coin bullshit. Your choice though. PS: The giant ass font shit is gay man !

Smart contracts can be thought of as "automated trustworthy workflow between parties without a central specific co-ordinator.". H

You sure do spend a lot of time a fucking forum that no one but the incestuous crypto fags read. Me's thinketh that the bar needs to determine which one of its DC prosecutors is posting under the user name guybouchard. I'm sure a many defence attorneys would love to know.

Next time post the bitch image, you retarded pussy lawyer! If you didn't spend so much time jacking off to chicks fucking steel poles, your lawyer skills would've kicked in and realized that there's no such person as Jusien Bucci: And, who exactly "dodged a bullet"? Are you alluding to yourself, Gay VouchTard, as dodging a bullet? Yes, I'm alluding that you're either Peter Klamka, Nick or Stephan, leaning heavily toward Peter if not Peter's brother, Richard Klamka, a lawyer in Michigan.

I fucked up! See how easy it is to admit the truth? Here is Jeslen Bucci (spelled correctly): https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeslen/Web Developer
The Vanbex Group Mar 2016 – Aug 2016 Employment Duration6 mos LocationVancouver, Canada Area
My main roles included work in graphic design, UI and UX design, front-end code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery) and back-end code (PHP, mySQL).
I both designed and developed assets for the core website and database structure. I used the CMS framework WordPress when working with client projects that were time sensitive. I worked independently, with members from other departments, and at times with our clients.
For in-house application development, I was required to design, develop, test, and implement from the ground up. This had included migrations of databases, integration with third party APIs, writing SRS documents, developing application case studies, designing mock-ups, logos, final designs, and practicing proper commenting and formatting guidelines while implementing the WCAG 2.0 standards.
I would tend to take on the role of the software architect when planning new applications that incorporated blockchain technology. This required research into these technologies and then developing more efficient solutions while working with our software engineer and the Founder and President of the company. Full Disclosure: (seriously!) I'm in Keven Hobbs' camp till proven otherwise. https://twitter.com/jeslen/status/764682469123629056

EDIT: Kevin updated the last post in the now closed The Legends Room thread, with the new version below the horizontal line (raw; I did not correctly format it). Looks like Vanbex did the right thing. Seriously, I'm grateful because I've told a many folks that I like its founder, Lisa Cheng (in a business sort of way, not the other, if you get my drift). The Legends Room tread is now locked. The following was its last post by Kevin Hobbs of Vanbex who I just got off the phone with and is a good guy. Glad I did't stick it up his ass too badly during the thread's existence, not once discrediting Lisa. To be clear, I had no qualms with the concept and what it consisted of. It was just that there were too many red flags associated with this project that those involved (not Vanbex) couldn't transparently account for, and still can't to this very day. Further, it was nothing personal toward Nick, Stephan or Peter, TLR's partners, with the exception of how they related to this now defunct project. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1757371.msg18346222#msg18346222https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1757371.msg18355160#msg18355160March 26th, 2017 The Legends Room Membership Token Offering Cancelled All funds raised will be returned to contributors
Announcing the cancellation of the Legends Room Membership Token Offering and returning all Ether to those who purchased the venture’s “VIP” tokens in the digital sale launched Feb. 24, 2017.
Due to the recent circumstances with the change in management and loss of the original proposed venue for The Legends Room, in addition to the lack of information provided, we feel it is in the best interests of the community and the contributors to cancel the Membership token offering and return the funds.
The Legends Room, a Las Vegas gentlemen's club behind the VIP members token, was unable to provide sufficient evidence supporting documentation to validate claims made, which includes failure to show:
A legitimately purchased and owned establishment, which was designated as the venue for The Legends Room club; Signed partnership agreements originally outlined prior to the launch of the sale.
As part of every coin or token offering, Vanbex safeguards participants by holding all contributions in escrow.
Digital currency exchange Bittrex will be conducting the refund process on its exchange. If you contributed through Bittrex please contact them for the refund.
We hope faith in this industry continues to grow and know events such as these have the capacity to cause irreparable harm.
We pledge to continue to improve industry standards in the digital currency and blockchain space which means trying to ensure all ventures we align ourselves with are honest, open and in the public’s best interest. The community at-large should always be protected.
All inquiries regarding this membership token offering and its cancellation should email K@vanbex.com. Please provide your email address and TXID. All refunds will be processed to the addresses in which sent the ether. "You smell that? I love the smell of success first thing in the morning."

The Vanbex Group is not and will no longer be involved with any current or future work or action that comes out The Legends Room venture, or any such affiliated operations.
The current VIP Token contract designating distribution of the digital currency will be invalid. We advise anyone considering this venture in the future to do the proper due diligence to protect their contribution.
Nick Blomgren has made a statement about our actions however this is a false accusation. We have a letter from Nick and the venture’s co-founder Peter Klamka stating that they will be terminating the contract, cancelling the sale and we are to return the funds as we have advised to do multiple times prior to receiving this email and attached letter.
The Vanbex Group always strive for transparency and work to protect the community and contributors in any project that we are involved in.
All inquiries regarding this membership token offering and its cancellation should email k@vanbex.com. Please provide your email address and TXID. All refunds will be processed to the addresses in which sent the Ether. In order to receive your refund you must prove that you are the purchaser by returning the VIP tokens to an address we will provide via email.
Returns can start as early as April 16 when the smart contract ends and the VIP tokens are unlocked. Are you still a raciest?
