20 posts a week will be too high and will bring spamming on thread,look at Wetrust they have around 15 a week and got a warning message from the admin

20 posts a week seems like it's not too much and there is no problem for a signature campaign ico, if spamming it all depends on the admin to assess and how the people who made the postings.
