because as we know Paypal is revisible payment it is high risk,
I think you can try https://paybis.com/ to exchange your Paypal
and compare the fees with other service. Good luck

Well ... they have 15% fee + 4%  Paypal fees for exchange PayPal to Bitcoin which in my opinion is huge ...

But better to be safe then sorry is all you must keep in mind when dealing with paypal since it's charge back is a long time and anything can happen with in that time.
So pick someone who you can trust and have contact with for those days waiting until it can not be disputed anymore.

here only consideration's OP have chance "Paypal-Disputed" but why OP worries about deal? Just make using service (Escrows) for safe trade.

I explained in other thread, I say it again: I was scammed too many times in the forum so I decided to deal only with users from DT list.
Nothing personal with any user , it is just I don't like to lose money ...
