There is a lot of newbies currently trying to sell Perfectmoney, Paypal and BTC-e codes in bulk.

I have a few questions for you:

- Are you able to use escrow?
- What are the rates you offer?
- Why don’t you just sell your BTC-e codes on sites like changer.com or simply redeem it on any btc-e account and sell it with bitcoin instead of having to cop a hefty discount?

This is mostely a scam where the person sends you $1.001 and claim they sent you $1001 so don't fall for it.
