Just wondering, is there anyway to view transaction history on an offline wallet?

I see the history can be exported by going to wallet > history > export. Is there anyway to import this on an offline wallet?

Please don't stop us from using ASICBoost which we're not using

It can be exported to CSV or a json file but as far as I know, you can't import the history into another wallet.

why do you want to do this?
that wallet is offline for a reason, it is not supposed to have any history. and if you try to "transfer" any file from outside that is defeating the whole purpose of being a cold storage.

that is why i ask "why do you want to do this?" if you explain your reasons maybe we can help you find a better solution.

If you want to see what transactions an offline wallet has made, then export its Master Public Key and use it to create a watching-only version of your wallet on an online machine. All your offline wallet's transaction history will show in your watching-only wallet, but you can't spend coins directly from it.

There's a tutorial explaining how to do it here.
