ALTCOIN SESSION AT COINFEST 06.04. 2017

For the 3rd consecutive year, Africa Blockchain University has been running CoinFest in Ghana. The Biggest attendance was last year’s festival that witnessed 210 participants. This year we are targeting 300 participants to take part at the University of Development Studies in the Northern City of Tamale.

They are now introducing Altcoins as part of the festival for the first time. Europecoin as member of the HUMANIQ advisor board, is not only part of the sessions, but likes to encourage other coins to take African efforts seriously and to take the chance, to raise awareness early and also to support African efforts. Europecoin, as an advocate for a multicurrency economy can help. Ask us!

To get in touch with the conferece, please mail our African Europecoin representative Afrikanus Kofi. (email at the bottom)

There will be three sessions at this year’s celebration. They are:

1st Session - This will cover Bitcoin 101. This is where participants will be assisted to  get Bitcoin wallets on their Smartphones, then it’ll be followed by a lecture on Bitcoin for Beginners & Intermediates. There will be questions & answer segment as well.

2nd  Session -  Here is where we have the altcoin segment. There will be three presentations from altcoin platforms. Any altcoin, that is interested in being part of the festival are welcome to contact us. The presentation can be done in person or via Skype. However interested platforms will donate $200 of Bitcoin/Altcoin to support paying for drinks & barbeque for participants.

3rd Session: The last session portrays a lesson to participants that Technology can free us and demystify borders and poverty. Through Skype Tim Tayshun will bring his Bitcoin Wheel of fortune and participants will have the opportunity to try their luck on winning some Satoshis.

Participating Altcoins will be part of our main sponsors with the benefits of being mentioned in all our press appearances, as well as their logo on our festival t-shirts, banner and souvenirs.
