Where to set an avatar

Hi, Where in my account settings can I set my avatar?  just a jr member here, maybe avatar is for other levels?

If I am not wrong you need to be at least a full member to add or change your avatar.

The direct link to the avatar change page is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=avatar

However, I doubt you can access that page as you are still only a jr member
