What can I spend my altcoins on?

So I know I can spend my Bitcoins on a few things - mainly drugs, dodgy porn, and then a few providers of relatively niche services. It's a start

But what can I spend Litecoins, Feathercoins and whatever other Jonny-come-lately-coins on? Anything?

Seriously, that's what I'm using (and probably most of us here) altcoins for.
