How much i can earn (XMR) per day using the micro instance of aws? (the cheapest one)
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Very very little, they're system will de-prioritize the processes based on what tier you subscribe to.

In my attempt it appeared to throttle once the miner began running, so almost nil.  If you have access to paid dedicated instances you may have more luck, try it and let us know.

They don't allow mining. Eventually, you'll end up getting your account disabled.
