Duration OKPAY to BTC-E in USD

hi yall,

i searched around for quite a while, but withtout success.
How long does a transfer in USD from OKPAY to BTC-E take?

The fees are supposed to be 1% taken on the BTC-E side and
0.5% on the OKPAY side, totalling 1.5%.

I heard from my friend doing btc-e and mtgox arbitrage it takes 10 - 40 minutes.
