What can you say about $BELA guys? This coin is goin up slowly.. They have lots of project like Belacam that allows users to earn from likes.. Its a mixture of Instagram and Steemit.

I think so too! Look at the paywalls on bittrex, there is someone who`s interested to keep the price in a certain range...
