- Pentium core i3
- Windows 7 ultimate

How can I track the issue?

I'm mining with DASHMINER 2.1.1

Before I was mining Zchash and never have this issue, and also I'm mining dash since 3 months and just stared to shut down like a week ago...

Any help its appreciate

Shuting down or restart, always random shutdown problem is refered to a psu problem but you are using a good psu brand and wattage is far on safe side , 1300w on 4 gpus 470 is way enough...

mmmmmmmmmmm
maybe the problem is not the power supply...
we can do this computation:
4X150watt (but rx 470  is under 150watt)
all other devices, we assume 100watt
we have 700watt..
You have twice the power consumption...

i think the problem is not the power consumption

Well is it a shutdown or a crash?  Do you see it happen?  Did you look in the event logs?  Eventvwr.msc at the command line.  Expand windows logs, look in system and application.  Scroll down and see what was logged just before it restarted or crashed or whatever it did.  Also when looking in the logs look for the red or yellow marked ones.

Additionally, if you have an overheating problem you will get shutoffs that look exactly like if you pulled the power plug.  Just off.  Make sure your CPU fan is working but also verify other fans are working like case fans (if any) and PSU fan.

Use coretemp to manage your cpu temp.
Maybe your computer shuts down cause your cpu is too hot (bad contact, or you need to change the thermal paste).

Follow all the advices about temperature and logs that you received in previous answer.
If they do not work you should try to change risers, sometimes bad risers cause short circuit and everything goes black out.

good tip..
just try to open the computer case and check if fan is turning...
maybe if your fan is full of dust, it don't turn... just use compressed air... to clean it...

Hi,

First of all, thanks for all your replies, great team!
I've checked all the things you suggest me.

I've my MOBO without case so the fan it's working great, also the CPU its not hot.

I've changed Dash Mining to Ether mining and so far still working without issues, so I'm afraid the issue it's Dashminer 2.1.1, it's warming my GPU's.

Do somebody know how to control the temp on that miner?

Regards & Thanks to all for your responses!

i think you can give a try to CPU-Z http://www.cpuid.com/softwares.html
i think one of best software to inspect hardate PC
and also, if you want to check GPU, you can use GPU-Z
https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

have fun!

It's always temp or lack of power.
