I spoke about Bitcoin with my sister and her kids got interested in the concept. {Why is it always the kids?} So they immediately went onto their phones in search of games to play for Bitcoin. After about 2 hours they returned disappointed that they could not find any good games other than Faucets to "earn" Bitcoins. They were very impressed with the few Satoshi's they received, but it was not fun. So here is the question... Where can we find FUN games for kids to earn some Satoshi's? They want to earn Bitcoins to buy more games on Steam. If you know about fun games that I can suggest to them, please post them here.

Not exactly android apps but I know about bitfun.co and gamefaucet.com
bitfun - plenty games but the earnings came from the 5 minute faucet ( not sure if you get any bonus when playing ) gamefaucet - about 5 games and you get reward according your score
Personally have not received any payout so far ( im not playing ) and you'd better investigate about their reliability before introducing to kids. Also have to say i don't think they will be able to earn enough to buy games on steam but who knows.

There are android games that I play using my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, and I've downloaded it on the playstore. They are Alien Run and The Blockchain Game. I love the blockchain game because it is more exciting than Alien run, mostly I am being pissed when I am playing alien run and I dont know why. Just try them and look what might happen.

This is what makes the problem in the present time for Bitcoin. When normal person is looking for informations about Bitcoin - first positions are propositions like "invest money" "watch for BTC" or faucets. Slowly all this sh1t will disappear, and normal people will have chance to find normal applications to take a part in our community. It is just matter of time..

I'm wondering if you'll actually be able to withdraw from these. With the Bitcoin fees so high, it seems like it would be hard to make enough for a withdrawal.

You can download that game in both the app store as well as the google play store. But again, you don't earn real money there. It's a game basically where you just keep clicking and buying upgrades until you reach a point where you get so bored of clicking and buying that you don't want to play anymore. I guess that introduction to bitcoin via fuacets are a very fun and interactive way, especially if you can intergrate that into a children's game. Good luck

Please do not add games to the list, if you cannot generate some income from playing it. The idea is to add Android games where kids can have fun and earn Bitcoin whilst doing it. No Games where there are counter party tokens or Alt coin introduced that cannot be sold for Bitcoin. Also, please do not add faucets to this thread... they say it is boring. This is a huge opportunity for game developers.... and they are not grabbing it by the horns.

Games of that sort are a) rare to find b) usually pay even less that faucet, generally they are waste of time even for little kids (who tend to have lower expectations) The idea is to add Android games where kids can have fun and earn Bitcoin whilst doing it.
If such game existed I would play them myself This is a huge opportunity for game developers.... and they are not grabbing it by the horns. It's not that simple to earn money (as a developer) from the game where you need to pay people for playing. Current reality where we need to pay half follar fee just to sent BTC is not helping, most of these games were based on microtransactions. http://siliconangle.com/blog/2015/08/12/5-time-wasting-games-that-pay-real-bitcoins/

Im agree with this. Alien run and Blockchain game is good Bitcoin android game that recommended to kids. Totally agree, I am a player of blockchain game for a month now, and I have been stacking blocks everyday to earn some satoshi, though I am not that lucky, I am just reaching the tier of 70 although I reach 100 but did not get the jackpot. the highest reward on tier 80 is what I've got receiving my first payout from it.

Using only android games to earn Bitcoins you won't get enough even to buy a candy... You need to use web faucets also, as they are the majority part of faucets existing. Anyway, you won't earn much income with this only. But the kids can do it playing. It's a nice achievement to practice their dedication and hard work. After some weeks or months claiming they will earn enough money to buy a Steam game.

Just to re-iterate, you can make a little BTC with each of the games I mentioned and for kids they are actually fun to play. Takara allows you to pickup Counterparty assets on a map as well as Bitcoin, it's like Pokemon but with XCP assets + BTC instead of pokemon characters. Sarutobi allows you to earn some Bitcoin while playing it. Spells of Genesis is all about collecting blockchain cards to win your opponents, but you can also level up free cards given in-game which eventually can be blockchainized and sold on the secondary market. The blockchainization is a feature that will come in the near future. So yes these games allow you to earn Bitcoin.

So the only app that I can think of other than the blockchain game is https://www.funforcoin.com/. It's not really a game but it features a faucet, BTC scratch and a satoshi slot. It can be an exciting way to get a fair amount of satoshis. My little brother really enjoys scratching and pulling the handle so that's why I'm proposing this. In general I would not recommend getting those kids in touch with faucets, you really don't want them clicking their phones the whole day for 20 cents a week.

Yeah, just look at "how to start earning bitcoin" threads made by newbies. Hundreds of same answers like "go here to claim faucet" or "go sig campaining" without even some really helpful tips. I think that if someone is new in the bitcoin world, the best idea is to stay away from putting any money in it. I would read forums, educate myself a lot about btc mechanics, community and btc related sites. Then, with proper knowledge I would start to consider if Im going for more. After that I would start with some small deposit, for example like 0.02 to try on some different sites: Investing opportunities, casinos (to invest in their bankroll), different projects , markets and finally I would make a map of stores around my house where I can pay with BTC.

I dont think sending a child to a gambling site is a good idea. I k ow you can't deposit there but it introduces gambling to a going mind. I think a faucet is ok for kids bit the thing is the adverts sre many times scams. Not good for kids.

I think this is not the best time to teach our kids about bitcoin, for example they are playing games and earning bitcoin and they already reached the minimum for withdrawal but they didnt get paid cause the game is scam. This will be affecting thier interest to bitcoin and the hurt it brought to them which they can never forget

You are right. A child shouldn't play scam games. If a game was setup to teach children and was not a scam that would be great. But think about it you can't teach a child about bitcoin untill they understand the value of money. There more important things to teach them first. You need to have the stepping stones to get to eventually teaching bitcoin. Maybe when the child is in their teens or preteens ?
