Help me broadcast a transaction please.

and I need to have it pushed. The coins were sent to a wrong address that I no longer belongs to anyone.
No online broadcasting things will push it due to some mempool thing. Ill send you $5 if you can help out

The other transaction has already been relayed throughout the entire network. All nodes and miners are going to refuse to accept this new transaction while they are still aware of the old one.  You'll have to hope that the old transaction doesn't confirm, and then wait for nodes and miners to forget about it (usually a few days). Then this one can be broadcast and relayed through the nodes and miners that have forgotten the old transaction.

The competing transaction:
db75a42bf0ce561c731ac5ca4a0116fbbf2338890cd87e1cc30b8bbb23cfac96

is confirmed.  It is now impossible to replace it.  Nodes and miners will not accept your replacement transaction at all.
