Bumping for the Game of Thrones fans. Winter is here hehehe.

I was not a game of thrones fan until recently. I just binged watch the whole show on HBO Now/go. In my opinion, Daenerys Targaryen will definitely take the iron throne. I just can't see her not doing so especially with the dragons on her side. I am so stoked though that the whitewalkers claimed one of her dragons. A white walker dragon?? That was so awesome to see. I'm just sad that I didn't watch the show from the beginning. Binge watching the whole thing in one week doesn't have the same effect as watching the show over years.

I was actually turned off from the first season but glad I binged like some users all the way through 4 seasons. I have my bias in "fantasy" genre, and I won't start bringing in the "book better than movie" argument but I think all credit due to GoT for taking the time to give a fantasy story the storytelling it deserves (I still think Tolkien universe is potentially more riveting and "epic" but that's something else).

I reckon the same as bbc: unhappy ending, a clean slate, with all former friends and foes killed off or sequestered, including Night King.

All will be destroyed with some great sacrifice, and then a new era to begin with the Throne made obsolete.

BitcoinRush takes odds from Pinnacle (thanks Sy for that tip) and that's my favourite bookie, so if they serve up GoT, I'm going to have some Bitcoin on it.

Haha, yes, I suppose Tolkien can be difficult to begin, I actually had a very difficult time reading it for the first time, but I thoroughly enjoyed it on my latter readings. In between I read quite a bit of fantasy in my teens... Dragonlance writers, Raymond Feist, of course, RR Martin and Stephen King also have writing that's very accessible (and they both wrote a lot of tv scripts for Twilight Zone type sci-fi, so due recognition there).

I actually thought Dragonlance would get its TV series, but maybe the fanbase is too old now. Hope Amazon does more justice to Tolkien. The Tolkien estate probably learnt its lesson from the past. I think material is always dumbed down for audiences but GoT proved that audiences are actually a lot more intelligent than previously thought.

There’s actually so many fan theories. Have you heard about the one where Bran is said to be the Night King because of his ability to travel through time and dimensions? There has also been rumors that the Night King is a Stark and this further strengthens this theory. Not a fan of the theory tho. It’s very likely that the ending will be very far from what we expect. Got is always full of surprises and until the very end there will probably be more deaths and surprises.

the new odds looks intresting considering that there is a lot of rumors of Daenarys will die in the last season and i think that is possible considering that she finished filming fast while Maisie williams was the last person to finish filming for her role as Arya stark that puts here in good position to be one of the winners my top candidate to be the winner will be John snow because he is half Targaryen hald Stark plus he already died once i don't think he will die again. and it's funny that there is still Stannis Barratheon and Petyr Baelish since both died while Jamie is not included in list specialy when he is more important then some in that list. but it will be intresting if either Dany or Jon survives and then eraches the iron throne and then decides to melt it down as it's not worth it.

Hehehe. The Peter Jackson version was done for commercial reasons and not to educate the viewers about Tolkien and his universe. His invention of the Elven language alone would be enough to move anyone's mind.

Also, I reckon Ralph Bakshi's version was trying to tell the story better, but sad that they did not have enough money to finish it.

You know, I never even considered that the Night king could take the throne. You guys have given me something to think about hahaha. I guess I am not used to George R.R. Martins brilliance. In my mind, the good guys always win, because that's usually how it is in traditional movies/tv shows. Maaaaan if the Night King claims the iron throne I will freak out. Not gonna lie, that would be pretty awesome! Afterall, he does have a massive army of white walkers and... well... you know, a white walker dragon.

I would feel so sad if Danaerys doesn't take it though. She deserves it and she climbed her way up and conquered everyone in her path!... She is also extremely beautiful too, so my slight crush could be influencing my opinion a bit... haha

We will not die as it is the games of thrones for which we are predicting who will rule and the answer is very easy. Games of throne are a very popular and valuable for all of us and especially gamblers which start betting on things like this game. They bet and we know that participants or enemies are large in numbers so we can not say that this one will win in fact one prediction can go straight.

It's fake without a doubt as I had read there're three scripts that's been written, and shot and no one actually knows which script is real, looks like they intend to guard their secret.

 I don't mind seeing spoilers, but it makes sense when the show is coming soon, but now we have a long winter and a equally long spring before it returns, so I'll pass.

I think by Feb or March we should see heavy betting coming in for who's going to survive, sit on the iron throne and rule, and I believe these betting amounts could easily surpass sports betting figures, what do you'll think?

I used to watch this guy's videos a lot,especially when season 7 was going on/immediately after it got over. I haven't caught up on anything else off late, and I sort of don't want to, because I did watch/read the spoiler for season 7, and they ended up being true.

However, actors have confirmed that multiple scenarios have been shot, in order to avoid leaks and other stuff. I still don't want to risk it, season 8 is going to be BIG!!

I am still shocked that the release dates are still not out, the filming has been over long back.

You should remove Petyr Baelish and Stannis Baratheon from the poll, they are dead, don't think they gonna get resurrected, I am going to lose my mind, if Ned comes back.

Hey, dipping into this conversation as I'm a big fan! I think we can cut off couple names:

Jon snow - Don't hate me, but he got his fame for couple of seasons now. He also died once and as much drama this series brings, I guess his head will be cut off - rip Jon Snow
Tyrion Lannister - Everyone I know who watches the series likes him. Therefore for the sake of surprise he won't be the ruler, nor he will die either. Probably hides in a wine cellar for the rest of his life
Sansa Stark - Has gone through a lot. In case she would be the chosen one, she would hand it over to Arya - 100%.

The ruler:
Daenarys Targaryen - Too obvious? But she got those dragons If anyone plays Counter-Strike, it's just too over powered like CZ
The Night King - This can't be happening, right?
Arya Stark - Her story has been building for a long time, just like Jon Snow's. Now it's her time to shine

I also think the same. My bets are on Jon. He already died once and he will die again to save Danny. Once he does what his god wants, he'll have no use for him and rest in peace. I would prefer Danny dying but I am not seeing it. I hope I am wrong on this one.

Bran's death won't achieve anything. He'll get old just like the other 3Eyed Raven before him. He already lost his legs, c'mon...
