What does mean by "Not enought visibility"?
Is it mean blog or website have low views or they haye low Alexa rank or the site has not really good article?

The most common reason is: Multiple accounts owned by one person, specially created to join bounties and earn free money by having a bunch of fake followers or a follower base which is not relevant to crypto.

It is flagged as not enough visibility if:
- the blog/website is low quality;
- the blog article does not have enough views;
- the youtube video does not have enough views;

My first post on this forum goes to you and your initiative

I applaud you on the approach - no ICO - and the transparency with which you are handling bounties.

If everything from this point onwards will be as transparent and straightforward as it is now then we can all expect great things.

I'll be posting more about XBTY on Steemit and reposting/sharing it where appropriate.
