Is it possible for minexcoin to increase in value like other coins immediately? If put on an exchange for say $4 can it increase quickly or is it restricted to 33% per annum?

Yes it could increase within the the range +5% or -5% from the previous closed.
If on average daily increased is 2.5%, in a year 2.5% x 365 days = 912.5% increase.

Btw, maybe it's the most stupid question ever but if you get shares, for example 10 shares, on the bounty page. How does that translate into actually coin? And how can you retrieve those? Is there a wallet or something? Don't really understand the bounty-pages yet

This is just a hypothetical example of converting bounty shares to MNC shares.

Of course not. Total bounty to be distributed is 300,000 for bounty campaigns.

You can refer to the below hypothetical computation.



Example, if you join the newsletter bounty, you will received 10 stakes. If the total members who joined the newsletter is 3,000 thats equivalent to 3,000 x 10 stakes = 30,000 stakes.

So for each newsletter subscriber who got 10 stakes, MNC is computed as:
10 stakes / 30,000 stakes x 3000 MNC shares allocated to newsletter = 1 MNC share.

There is no minimum target for this 2nd ICO. The purpose is to determine the initial market price of MNC for MINEXBANK.
As MNC needs to be within the +5% or -5% of the previous closing price.

In case MNC price at the end of this second ICO is 200K satoshi, then the price range of MNC will be within 190K satoshi to 210K satoshi. Any buying pressure at or near 210K, MINEXBANK (acting like a central bank) will come and intervene. Same also if there is selling pressure, at or near 190K, MINEXBANK will also come and intervene.
