But we were supposed to get them on the 15th. Since it got pushed back investors are getting worried.
Most ICO's will give you coin/tokens upon investment.
Minexcoin seems to be holding onto the investments in an "escrow".
It's just gonna get dumped on the first day it's released.

And which channels might that be?  Arent this one of your channels?  Please MineCoin stop telling us what to do, the problem is your insufficient information on all channels, including this as a platform.  It was you that spammed daily updates while ICO was running, why not do the same here then?
