I still hold coins in my minexcoin.com/?r=bounty/signin wallet. Is it possible to directly withdraw the coins to livecoin or do I need to send them to minexbank site to withdraw them?

No, you don't need to withdraw the coins to minexbank. Actually it is not possible to withdraw to minexbank at all. Minexbank track your parking address and gives you interest only. You should withdraw direct to your wallet and then to livecoin.net. You can also withdraw direct to livecoin.net.

I don't understand the convenience to invest my MNX for a year since the weekly bonus is 5% and in less than a year i can have more than 70% only with weekly parkings!

Well, weekly rate would not be that much all year long, while yearly rate stays the same Smiley

Hi,
The mining seems to be odd. It is giving wrong calculations and the payouts look a bit different. Can someone check please? Also what is the port number of the eu and Asian pool. They are being informed. I am not sure but seems like a lot the things are intentional so that people can not mine well. Wake up guys!!

Hello ruptan!

The pool fees on minexpool have been reduced to 1.3%, may be this is the reason why payouts look different?

More technical questions on the pool you are welcome to ask at the pool group in Telegram att.me/mxpool (@mxpool)

Actually thats not even the case...Suprnova is showing you will get like 300 and you are actually getting only 2 o3 minx coin. That's a lot of difference to take. Are you guys really mining it right or just taking peoples mining power. I am doing mining for a long time and never seen anything like this difference. Something is really wrong.

The pool is created by our participant and we do not handle it and neither we can help much in details. That is why I provided you with the pool group address.
The pool creator and the group members answer all questions as much as they can. His nickname in Telegram and BTC is Racquemis so you can ask him directly. He is very friendly and always answers all questions as soon as he can.

But please be advised that we do not handle Supernova pool.

I still hold coins in my minexcoin.com/?r=bounty/signin wallet. Is it possible to directly withdraw the coins to livecoin or do I need to send them to minexbank site to withdraw them?

Hello erikalui. Yes, it is absolutely possible to withdraw to exchange directly, but please be aware that there are hundreds of withdrawal orders now open and it will take some time to send all coins.

You do not send anything to the bank, it only "watches" the coins at an address in your wallet.
Can it also be stored in MEW? Maybe it can also be withdrawn there.

No. It is possibe to withdraw MNX only to private wallet or to Livecoin at the moment

What do you mean by "my pc there is a thieves".  If I am interpretting this correctly, does it mean that the thieves or hackers took over your pc and send coins to themselves? If hackers took over your PC and send coins to themselves, there is not much you can do.

If your wallet.dat file is ok it is easy to restore your accaunt balance. But if you lost that file or you sent your coins to someone it is impossible to get them back

No, it  cannot, since it is a coin, not an Ethereum based token.

Hello tito baron!

We are really sorry to hear that but we cannot help you to restore your coins if you haven't saved backup file somewhere rather than a computer.

Your coins is still in your minex address so i dont think someone hacked it. Did you reformat your computer?
