I've been meaning to ask for clarification about this (but kept forgetting to).

Regarding moving coins while parking coins;
If I have 100MNX in a single address, and park 80 of those coins, will I be able to freely move up to (but no more than) 20MNX from that same address without disrupting the Parking?

I'm asking because I have a few bundles of coins about to mature and I want to start moving them to two different addresses (one for me, one for someone else, to better manage our individual coins; also, the current address is my mining wallet ), but I don't want to disrupt the rest of my parked coins if I move them.

There's a bunch of unconfirmed because a) they're processed manually (which has been stated a dozen+ times already on here) and b) everyone piled in their submissions recently instead of much earlier (during the last 2 months), which would have been the logical/responsible thing to do.

Update your wallet. You have old version. simply download new one and replase wallet.dat file
